What’s her plan? Through a series of interviews Red Head will address CPTSD/I (complex post traumatic stress disorder/injury), sedation & substance use, dementia/Alzheimer’s, neurological evolution via ADHD, being autistic, etc., narcissistic (the self-consumed will be preferred word choice) and scapegoating abuse and how it plays out in parenting/court systems etc., covert vs. overt abuse manifesting in largely psychological, financial, and emotional ways, breaking the cycle of abuse and other myths, estrangement between parents and children, the CARE dilemma for our neediest populations, run on sentences, the antiquation of education, capitalism, politics, mental health, the myth of family, self love, divorce etc. Dicks, patriarchy, sexist feminism, sexual alchemy…..furthermore, toxic positivity, ancestral contributions….lions, tigers, and bears and so much more. However, there is no rush – it will play out as it should.
Via? Lessons of Jung, Pete Walker, breath work, meditation, comedians – all synthesized throughout and used where appropriate. Essentially, presented with Buddhist undertones. The goal is to never cause secondary trauma to listeners, or their abusers, but to create a forum of a certain amount of recovery and desire to grow. Heal thyself, heal the world.
Where? Through said interviews, and conversations that Red Head will lead but listen and make sure her interviewees get to share what it is they are meant to. Red Head will borrow a page from James Lipton (Actor’s Study) and have a few questions she will ask all her guests, i.e., What book should be assigned in middle school/high school and/or course that should be taught? She’d also like to know – What do you do to avoid death? In Red Head’s case, only eating tortilla chips around others, so that in the event they get caught in her throat, there is a chance someone knows the Heimlich maneuver.
Interviews will initially be of those with experiences that need sharing, everyday stand outs in their field and will include some celebrity involvement to the extent Red Head’s topics of interest are shared. Red Head has a “pie in the sky” a/k/a PITS interview list. She does not wish to interview Jim Carrey, but would like to buy him dinner (a late lunch).
What else? Red Head is ordained – a comedic move, but also to bring couples together that face themselves, and their family dysfunction on their wedding day. Red Head will use a Buddhist based service, coupled with insight/jokes about who she is marrying…not her, them. Be ready to face your issues with humor, on your wedding day: co-dependency, mommy, daddy, doggie, attachment….who and whatever.
What else? Red Head wants to come to your college! As a proud member of Gen X – she feels Gen Z are the only ones that can save us! Join her on the “Keep Your Feet and Hands Inside the Ride” tour, curated (a fancy term for plans to wing it) for colleges (and brave high schools) to spare our youth grief and incite joy.
Candidates for Interviews
Those familiar with the ignorance surrounding neurological difference and the difficult acceptance of brain evolution. Could be: the autistic spectrum, ADHD, OCD, mental health or anything else that may be considered neurologically different. Those that want to speak to their experience and/or maybe your child’s – and any multigenerational connections made.
Red Head is happy to discuss education today: executive fucktion, capacity, and the trials, tribulations and flashbacks of “forgetting to remember” your textbook for class….she digresses.
The cognitive cruelty of the above – not to mention its constant continuance amongst those that have dementia/Alzheimer’s – rather than thinking about good care that is required to live and thrive with said.

Covert abuse….psychological, emotional, financial – and how it effects women and men on all socio economic levels.
Tops in their fields….from a perspective point of view. For example, a teacher that acknowledges education is broken, a capitalist that knows capitalism sucks small penis, and a bigger feminine perspective (had by all genders) long overdue.
And so many other things..
